This shoe is so cute, but runs noticeably narrow! Much less cushioning in the back and in the foot as well compared to other shoes in this brand.

Wow, I really hate these shoes. They are SO uncomfortable. My feet never hurt after a day of working in better sneakers, but my feet are so tired and achy when I wear these. They have terrible arch support and little to no cushioning. Don’t believe the hype, they are awful.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but my big toe on my longer foot hit the top of the toe box… so disappointed

I really wanted to love these shoes as I liked the styling and the regular laces (compared to the Cloud 5, which I also tried). But… the tongue never felt soft and rubbed on the top of my ankle. Also, there is absolutely no padding around the ankle of the shoe; feels like a plain old inexpensive sneaker in that respect.

This shoe fits like a glove! I have another pair in a lighter color and the style looks good. I then ordered this darker color so I could wear them in areas where they might get dirty. They’re not as stylish in the darker color.

Overall, it’s a nice, trendy sneaker. I work out often (running, HIIT, walking, weight training), and to be honest I thought there would be more cushioning and/or support with this sneaker. As other reviewers have stated, the tongue on this shoe does rub against the front of your leg/ankle since it’s on the bigger side. It’s kind of annoying. There is also not much arch support. That being said, it is stylish and fits nicely. Definitely runs true to size. I won’t return them because they’re good for your average, every day sneaker, and they’re cute. However, for working out I will stick with my tried-and-true Aasics.

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes. First the heel tab rubs the top of my heel, differently would have had a blister.
The shoe felt flat, walking on the ground no support.
Seems to me , On Cloud had a good product before they became a popular shoe , the shoe has gone down hill.
Lastly majority of the styles do not come with regular shoelaces, come with speed lacing. So I have a narrow heel, I’m would need to purchase regular shoe laces.
Come on, are we the people becoming lazy, we need speed laces, too lazy to untie and tie our shoelaces.

I have a few pairs of Ons and these are great. I had to size down ½ a size. They’re very comfortable for the gym and didn’t need breaking in. I’m surprised with all these bad reviews bec these were one of the best styles aside from the Cloudswift. They’re great

I was skeptical about buying these after reading the reviews BUT I’m glad I did! These are so comfortable I can walk all day in them. Arch support is ample enough for me. No dig in heel, no dig in top of the foot nor sides. Great shoe in my opinion.

These shoes are great. I have quite a collection of On shoes for the gym and these are the only ones I had to size down in. They look great and have a good amount of support. I wear them for cardio and strength training and they’re comfortable although my Cloudtras are much softer. I still like the look of these. They’re sharp and easy to slip on. If you suffer from bunions or corn, I highly suggest not to get these because they don’t have enough padding all around. Otherwise they’re perfect and they look great and very comfortable on.
