I can’t stand the l o n g criss cross lace up design above the toe area. It emphasizes my long narrow feet. It’s ugly. I don’t like the thin, flimsy tongue under the laces. It feels cheap to me. I admire On shoes on other women, but for some reason, they just don’t look right on me, even when they have more traditional lace placement. Maybe they would look better without the long X-shaped lace-up area and in a Narrow size. Very frustrating.

These are very similar to the cloudflow and have a similar fit. I normally wear a 7 in all on clouds but I had to size down to a 6.5 in these. The ankle area of the shoe sits very flow and I enjoy that. Lightweight shoe good for daily wear.

I don’t like the new material that they’re making these shoes out of. It’s so inflexible. For these shoes, the part on the outside kept digging underneath my ankle when I walked. If it were made out of the softer material this wouldn’t be an issue

These shoes are comfortable and trendy cute. I’ve used them for walking and rowing. I especially like the heel cup and arch support. I did size up 1/2 size from 8 to 8.5.

First pair of ON sneakers – I’m usually a Nike wearer. I have Nike Infinity Run in size 8, and to me the ON shoes run big. I had to exchange for a 7 1/2, as my heel slipped out of the back in the size 8. Style is great, less cushioning than I’m used to in the Nike Infinity. Bought these for all workouts that are NOT running, though, so a direct shoe is actually preferable. I wear them for weight training, HIIT, MMA, boot camp, etc, and they are supportive. Get more comfortable as you break them in. They run a little wide, so those with average to narrow feet like me might want to go with their street shoe size (not sneaker size) for a snug fit. They do stretch a little over time, so better to buy a secure fit.

My wife loved them!

Felt like something wrong with top of left foot. Rubbing and irritation

My first pair of ON shoes, and I find they run large, which surprised me – I’d heard the opposite. I wear Nikes usually, right now the Infinity React and before that the Epic React, and I have those in an 8. I’m 7 1/2 in dress shoes, 8 in sneakers, usually. My feet are slightly narrow, and in the 8 in these, my heels were slipping out. The 7 1/2 felt very snug at first, and I was worried about keeping them. However, they’ve stretched slightly and fit just fine. I bought these not for running (still have Nikes for that), but for strength training and HIIT. For that, they are perfect. Supportive yet light, structured and stable while disappearing into the background so I can concentrate on my workout. An excellent show for the gym. Not sure how they’d do outside for running, though, as they are more stiff than I like a running shoe to be. I have low arches, and these have helped prevent injury in even jumping lunges and other boot camp-type moves. Recommend a half size down unless you have wide feet. Worth the price.

Poor arch support, while small, my feet didn’t feel they are secure inside the shoes.

Very sharp looking shoe. It was not cushiony enough for me. Hurt my feet. Thin material. It has looks, but not function in my opinion.

Cut into my ankles, not enough padding. Ankles hurt after walking around the house a couple of times, even tried several different socks, didn’t help. Did need to size up a half size. Otherwise the fit/style was perfect. Sadly returning.

I just received my new On Cloud X 3 shoes. I have been using On Cloud X for HIIT, cross-training and lifting workouts. When I needed to replace these, I ordered On Cloud X 3. I like the same lightweight supportiveness of this shoe for gym workouts. I find the 8M length to be true to size and similar to the Cloud X, but the new shoe seems a bit narrower but not a dealbreaker. I usually size up to 8.5 in running shoes, but for gym workouts I generally stick with my street shoe size 8M. That was also the case for the Cloud X 3. The 8.5M was a bit too long and sloppy for HIIT. The shoe is a bit stiff around the opening, but I expect that like the Cloud X, it will soften a bit with use.

This is my third pair of On Clouds and they are almost a full size shorter than my first two pairs. I ordered two different styles in a size 8.5, which was the size of my old On Clouds. They were both too small. I then order a half size larger, size 9, and while they were acceptable, they are still smaller then my size 8.5 On Cloud. See picture below. Old size 8.5 On Cloud on left and the new On Cloud size 9 on the right. The new shoe does not have the arch support of the older On Cloud. I will keep these but I will not order another On Cloud shoe.

This is the most comfortable pair of on cloud I’ve had so far. This style is a little wider and fits much more comfortably then the previous styles I’ve owned. Will be purchasing another pair in a different color for sure. I’m a nurse and on my feet for 12 hours a day no aches with these shoes.

Extremely light weight! So very comfortable. Stylish. Will definitely purchase another pair

The toe box is comfortably wide and my feet don’t feel crowded as they do in many of my other shoes. They are comfortable!

I love this brand because I have never felt so supported in my arches and joints. I used to purchase two layers of insoles and shoes two sizes larger to feel the same luxury that the On Cloud gives me. Awesome shape, breathability, and they’re just so cute!

They fit great

These are my go to shoes for “kickin around the town”. I get lots of compliments.

these are great for the gym. They have support but aren’t super cushy which is great for HIIT or boot camp style workouts. wasn’t sure about the color online but in person I really like the blue.

These fit true to size and are very comfortable. Love the colors!

These are not as cushy as I was hoping for. The arch support is amazing. They are very comfortable.
Anonymous –
They are not a comfortable as I expected. While they are stylish and I like the color, I don’t wear them as often because they aren’t as comfy as my Hokas.

My pt recommend the oc x as they are a lower profile and snigger heel and mode foot. Really like them and will be getting more.

These are my new favorite training shoes! I wear them for HIIT and kettlebell workouts and they’re great! I’m typically between an 8.5-9 and took these in a 9 which is my normal On Cloud size.
