Fabulous springy cushioning for longer road running. Do not really work with my custom orthotic insoles as some of the cushioning is in the removable insoles. I’m using shoes with their own insoles and they’re super cushiony but sorry to have to give up the custom help I paid for. Also the non sewn tapes – they look like ribbons stretched across the shoe – do not have a lot of give and they are rubbing above one bunion. Shoes feel narrow. But all that said they are absolutely saving my feet and ankles on long road runs for marathon training. They are so cushiony and so springy. On Cloud ticks me off with their ‘may not work for heavier runners’ attitude about their shoes but these shoes are their strongest and well-sprung for me (female, 5’10, 175pounds). Assuming my blister situation can be managed I’ll wear these shoes to race my first marathon this fall. My previous shoes were the amazing On Cloudflyers. Love them to bits but on the longer training my ankles were starting to stress. Will keep those for 5-10k races.

Love these shoes! I have them in 2 colors (wish they had more color options — I’d buy more). My feet are narrow and these fit great. Often running shoes feel way too wide for me. I also get compliments on how these looks.

Very secure feeling

I have narrow feet and could feel the “strap” across the top of my forefoot. I’m referring to the “strap” on the top of the shoe that is connected to the first hole the laces exit. It was uncomfortable when I flexed my foot during walking.

I got these in size 11, which is my normal size, and they fit great. In fact, they felt so great when I put them on yesterday that I basically haven’t taken them off. I normally replace the insoles of new shoes with SmartFeet inserts, but I think I will leave these intact. The cell-style sole provides great impact reduction on hard surfaces. I wish they were cheaper, but great shoes are worth not damaging your feet….

I love these tennis shoes! Everyone in my family has a pair and we range in age from 11 to 65. These fit every age person in style, and the comfort is unbelievable! They are worth the price. You will never want another brand of tennis or running shoes!

This sneaker runs smaller than the other ONs I have. Much more support, cushioning is excellent. I wear them for indoor cardio.

Love these shoes. I have somewhat narrow feet and they are perfect, so they might be a little narrow for people with wide feet

This shoe works for me. I just purchased my second pair. There is room in the toe to accomodate a hammer toe.

Too heavy to run with. Would have been perfect for walking except forefoot too narrow even with thin socks. Forced to return.

At the age of 28, I have flexible arches, pronation and plantar fasciitis. It’s hard to find shoes that have just the right amount of support, not too much or too little, look decent and I don’t have to add my own inserts. I just received these today and did a HIIT workout with over a mile of running, jump roping, and burpees, and loved them. I have a wider forefront of my foot and a narrower heel. This makes finding good shoes challenging, my toes tend to fall asleep even with the proper size. I felt my heel slipping a tiny bit when working out, but was able to re-lace them to help with that. I will say that I tend to wear a 8 in athletic/running shoes and 7.5 in street shoes. With these, an 8 was too big and 7.5 was perfect and there were not any toes falling asleep. I have read that this shoe is designed to lock your foot in place between the arch and toes which some people complained about feeling. I could feel it but it helped me feet feel secure rather than suffocated or too tight, even with my wider foot. I will also add that I purchased these as well as the On Cloudflyers to compare and while the Cloudflyers felt more cushioned and comfy, I knew I needed more support and am happy I decided to go with the Cloudace! The price is definitely on the high side, but I run my shoes to the ground and it’s worth spending money on shoes rather than PT or surgery down the road!

The shoe is great for long distance running. It is very springy and my knees finally don’t hurt! I’m used to wearing minimal shoes, so these took a bit of getting used to.
Overall I’m happy with the shoe, but for the price I was shocked to see that outer layer ripped within the first few weeks of wearing the shoe. Hopefully it won’t grow larger but I’ve never had this happen with a running shoe!

Horrible running shoe! No protection from the road surface, no rebound, and left a BLISTER on my right toe from rubbing. Yes this shoe picks up rocks to. I normally wear a 5 1/2 running shoe and could have gone up. I am 5’ 2” and run four miles everyday. I should have stuck with my Nike reacts. Being out $200.00 now is very disappointing.

I decided to try something different since my daily walk had produced a painful corn between my 4th & 5th toes. I chose On Cloudace and am I ever glad I did! Soon after, I ordered a 2nd pair to rotate. Although the On Cloudace is a bit pricey, I do not plan to change shoes in the near future! Thank you.

Love! Toe area was tight at first, but molded to my feet perfectly after a couple of weeks so I suggest not wearing for long periods of time at first.
Sara –
The shoe is ultra comfortable, makes your feet feel great BUT for the cost I am disappointed with the quality. The seams have ripped on both shoes, the upper construction should be a lot more durable.

Amazingly comfortable and springy. I have fallen arches, thin ankles but a wide front. I ordered the grey/green and like the colors but the shoe is bulky and a bit heavy on my foot. The only reason I sent this back, after literally trying about 50 pairs now, which is exhausting, on my very challenged feet, is because the toebox was a bit narrow for me. I like my toes to splay a bit more. I wish ON would take the bulk out and offer better color choices for women. These are great shoes comparatively speaking. I was a New Balance girl and before that Brooks but both companies seem to have lost their way.
Lffl –
I ordered my normal size and they fit pretty well but I need a slightly wider toebox. These are perhaps one of the most comfortable sneakers I’ve put on my feet, very springy and cushioned but quite heavy. I’m eagerly awaiting new styles from On.

Really like these shoes, they fit well in the heel, a little wide in the ball/toe area, which isn’t always a bad thing. They are probably meant for a wider foot than mine, but am able to tighten them up with the laces. Excellent cushioning. I just washed them, and they dried quickly.
A.S. –
I’m generally a size 9 in other shoes and a 9.5 fit comfortably in these. I don’t run often, but I work on my feet so I chose these for their comfort. They are on the heavy side but the thick sole makes the SO DARN COMFORTABLE. The style is meh and the light blue gets dirty easily. They may as well be white. They front of the shoe is easy to wipe, but the mesh fabric not so much.
Janet –
I really like the appearance of these shoes, first and foremost. Good style and I really like how light they are too. I do crossfit type workouts daily and need lots of support. I have pretty much EVERY foot and ankle issue you can have thrown at ya. Yay for me! Anyhoo these shoes do make my feet feel as good as they possibly can. High arches and so far no inserts. Love them.
Mabel –
Everything was great, but I do wish that there were an option for wider shoes
Elizabeth –
These tennis shoes are absolutely wonderful! Much preferred over my HOKAs.
