OH yeah, this is the comfy shoe I’ve been searching for! Love the cushy sole and also how the shoe hugs my heel. Sized up to an 8 because while I’m normally a 7 1/2 wide, when I tried on another model of this brand at a running store, the 8 felt better. Bought for travel where I’ll be walking a lot and these will be perfect.

A nice, slim profile; very light and comfortable while offering good heel stability and arch support. This shoe is a winner for city walking. The only negative – it runs small. I usually wear a 5.5 M or W depending on the shoe. Ordered this in a 5.5W and it was both short and narrower than expected. Exchanged for a size 6. Would recommend ordering 1/2 size larger.

Really like the look and feel of these shoes, but the mid foot is narrow. I even tried the Wide, but still no go. For comparison, I usually wear a B, rarely a W. These shoes are made for very narrow feet.

First I received the wrong size – ordered a medium but was sent wide. But as it turned out, even the W was too narrow in the midfoot. This brand is made for very narrow feet, but otherwise seemed comfortable with good arch support, cushioning and a nice look which could be worn with dressier pants.

The on cloudeasy was a stylish shoe, but did not offer the support I needed for my flat feet with pronation. They are super lightweight for those looking for a light shoe..however for me it is not a great shoe. I will be returning and trying again.

Overpriced for a casual shoe that doesn’t feel like it’s going to last very long BUT they are very comfortable. I normally wear a 10.5 narrow. I ordered a 10.5 medium (no narrow offered) and they fit perfectly. I also like the slim profile.

Lower profile was so narrow i couldn’t insert my foot easily. I have never had this happen before. it was like a tight slip on with “faux laces” and even totally loosening the laces i could get them on without a struggle.

I love the style, especially the sock style. I usually wear a 7.5 in On shoes, so I ordered an 8 as instructed. They seem to fit in the toe box, but the width is a bit snug with my Bombas socks. I imagine with will stretch. Be aware that the back of the shoe is not super firm, which means if you try to wedge the shoes on without bending down, the heel collapses. Because the shoes are so cool looking it is not a big deal. But I feel that the footbed cushioning is lacking. I am wearing them around the house to make sure there is enough cushioning for travel.

Wanted to love these – they are sleek and beautiful and more stylish than most On’s. However, as others have mentioned, the toe box is not high enough nor is it lined, so you can see the outline of my toes through the material. Looks weird. Returning sadly
