Pretty clunky overall. I have lots of experience with On running shoes and other brands of CrossFit shoes (Nobull, Nike). These didn’t have the light feeling of other On shoes and didn’t have the comfort or support of other training brands. Also the trim strip / support piece over the top of the toe box aggressively dug into the side of my little toe. Sent them back.

The insole on the left foot was irregularly cut and folded up the side in the heel.

These shoes are what they say they are. They are not like the other on cloud running shoes as they have less cushion to them and are more rigid for cross training, aerobics or whatever. I like them a lot. I’m also going to use them to play pickle ball. They are more like a tennis shoe than other on cloud shoes I have for hiking or walking.

These shoes run wide. They slipped up and down on my heel in my usual size, and a half size smaller was too short in length.

Hi I order new pair of sneakers and what is delivered to me is a pair sneakers use that not even coming on the original box with the laces all open and showing that being used.
I was in the impression that I getting new sneakers.
Worst service I ever have and I order many times from you company before.

111-9346755-8491442 this is my order number and my only question is why i get a pair of use sneakers when I pay for new sneakers. the sneakers i receive came on a box that is nor original and sneakers show that being use and repack.
that is not right i pay for something new and i get that.

The fit was spot on as always, the cushion and support were great. The problem was in left shoe there was a large wide raised, oblong area. To be clear this was the 1st issue with ON I have ever had but it was a big issue.
