I am flat footed and need a wide stable shoe, these were the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.

Fit is true to size and the look is awesome. This is my first time in On Cloud’s and am very happy with my decision.

Compared with the previous design of this shoe (Cloudrunner vs. Cloudrunner 2), this foot bed is much more narrow. I think the materials are sturdier in this version but I don’t get why they changed the foot bed. I returned and am going back to the original design.

Great but only lasted 2 weeks. This brand of shoes has a pervasive design defect where the soles start squeaking on each step. It’s super annoying and embarrassing. Numerous other customers have run into this issue, but warranty claims are denied. Look it up.
Sure it looks great and is quite comfortable, but totally useless as it barely lasts 2 weeks. Save your money and time, go with a trusted brand.

I wanted to love these. I love the style but after a few workouts I started getting really bad heel pain. I didn’t get why and then realized it’s the shoes. I went on Reddit and saw that many people said the same. Disappointed.

I had to try three different sizes (11, 10.5, 10) until I got it right. I normally wear size 11 in mens, but had to go down one whole size until it felt right. I have worn On Clouds before and it took me a good 2 weeks to break them in, these shoes are no different. They sit higher on my ankles and push on parts of my ankle that made me sore. They are also heavier than my previous On Clouds. They are getting better and more comfortable the more I wear them, I am on my feet all day working in a nursing home.

I have wide feet as other foot problems and these were amazing. I usually wear NB and recently ordered new pair and they hurt my feet so bad I had to send them back. These on the other hand are amazing. No foot pain! Love them and will be ordering more. Just wish they offered more styles in wide!

It is really comfortable and true to size. This color (purple) made it far more beautiful. The only issue was that it was supposed to come with a gift note/card, but I never received it.

I am a Registered Nurse working 12 hour shifts, mostly on my feet, at a running pace.
Women’s size 12- 13 wide is my normal size.
I ordered 2 pairs of these, the first was Men’s 11 W in Eclipse Black.
Surprise, they were actually a little too wide for me.
I tried an 11 M in Fossil Indigo, perfect fit.
These are my go to shoe for work, better than any other brand for comfort and stability.
Pricey, Yes, but so worth it.
