My husband is a big fan of On. I wasn’t familiar with all the differing styles but I settled on the Cloudrunner based on the cushy factor. (I wear them for 3-5 mile dog walks – not for running.) I have high arches and bunions on both feet and I found them very comfortable on day 1 (4-mile walk right out of the box). My usual size is 8.5 – which I purchased – and they fit great. I’m tempted to get another pair for a backup ?
Eh –
They are not the best running shoes. I went up a size and still hurt my feet. Material does not give much.

We received this item today and like them but it appears they have been worn. There was grass in one of the shoes and the laces were a bit dirty and the one shoe has dirt on the side of it. Can we exchange these for a new pair?

I just now opened the box and put these shoes on. I walked around and I am instantly in LOVE ?. The standing support is equal for both inner and outer foot. I have plantar facitis and I can feel the instant relief. I also love the inserts but I can tell it will be best to switch them put frequently for optimal comfort especially if you are a bit heavy like me. The best part is that I can feel my feet walking properly. Not too much pressure on the heel like I have experienced with other shoes.

I love how the On look, but am surprised that even the wide size runs narrow. They allow run a bit short. What looks like taped seams run exactly through the middle of each of my bunions. I am keeping these wides, but am wearing around the house for a day with very thin socks to see if they will still feel good by the end of the day. Wish they’d consider also having WW, or, no seams across bunions.

ABSOLUETLY LOVE THESE SHOES! Best thing since sliced bread…. seriously, the cushion, the support, the look! Crosses everything off my list!

Let me start by saying this is probably my 8th pair of ONs and are by far my favorite for road running. I suffered a major knee injury 5 years ago and arthritis has really set in… this shoe literally made me forget I injured it at all. The heel sits slightly elevated which I like for my road runners. It has lots of cushion and support without losing its responsiveness. 10/10.

The tongue of this shoe protrudes about 1/2 inch longer than that of any shoe I have ever had, including On shoes. The tongue is fairly stiff for an athletic shoe, and the length means that it’s gently grinding into my ankle in a way that at first is just irritating but would soon become painful. I was so puzzled that I actually measured the tongue length against my other shoes. I don’t understand this design feature. Why? Who could possibly want this?

I have previously purchased a pair of this brand and model. Although the same size, these do not feel the same. It is a nice shoe and these colors are great.

I loved these shoes- they felt great from day one – HOWEVER after just three months both shoes developed holes in the mesh along the line of detail. I am wondering if the detail was applied with heat and that could have melted the mesh or weakened it????

The shoe fits perfect. I’m not crazy about the material. It’s too see through for me. I think the shoe is cheaply made ( this particular style) the top of shoe? You can see where the fabric will be coming off very soon. But I wore them to work already. I would not recommend this style at all.

These are AMAZING! I am so glad I but the bullet and purchased. Stylish and comfortable = WIN!

Best athletic shoes I have bought in a long, long time!!!!!

You need to order a half-size larger. I tried to do this yet the Zappos size recommender stated I picked the wrong size. I should not have relied on that. I have wide feet (2E), high instep, high arches, a narrow heel, overpronate, and overly flexible ankles. The only color that came in my size was white. Does anyone other than an 80-year-old grandma wear white shoes anymore? The shoe was nice overall, but the cushiness of the shoe made my ankles wiggle too much and I knew I would be in pain later. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy. I have the worst time finding shoes that fit.

Fits great – like a glove but for feet. Just wish there were more colors in wide width.

Good shoes. A lot of cushioning and the sides are not too high so they don’t rub my ankles.

This brand and style came highly recommended by my bestfriend. I walk 5 miles a day and wear my shoes out around 5-6months. I was looking for something with better comfort than my last Nike.
This shoe feels like memory foam and I love it. Every step is cushioned. My legs feel great. I’m about two weeks in and have no complaints. It rained recently and I was able to whip clean when I returned home.

I usually wear Hokas & Brooks wide width. Could really feel support from heel to arch when walking the track at the Y. Unfortunately, OC only makes a few colors in the wider width, black, gray and white.
When I need to replace a pair will try another OC.

I walk 4 miles five days a week @ local park. I go through my shoes on average 6 months. I know it’s time for a new pair when my legs ache. I was ready to try a new sneaker and my best friend recommended OC. I made my purchase and in a few days they arrived. Visually appealing and comfortable on first wear. Took about 3 days yo break them in and its been amazing. I love the comfort and ease of wearing them. Achy legs no more. Feel 10x better than my Nike. Highly recommend!

The extra cushion on this style is perfect. My feet don’t hurt at all when walking fast.
Mary –
To short and too narrow for my size 11 wide foot.

Far less comfortable than my last pair, they seem to now run smaller, tighter and more restrictive overall. I should have returned after an uncomfortable indoor jog.

TLDR
Felt full size too small & narrow. Purchased 8.5, returned, ordering 9.5.
I am a true 8.5 in women’s shoes and have never needed nor purchased a “wide” shoe before. I couldn’t even get this pair on without completely loosening the laces in them and using a shoehorn to put them on. Once on, there was no point in tightening the laces because they were way too tight left to right and toe to heel. I am disappointed that I couldn’t use them and will be purchasing them in a 9.5. After reading some recent reddit posts, I see that On is getting more comments/complaints about shoes feeling a half size smaller than their marked size.

I wear a 10 in regular shoes. Ordered a 10.5. Fits perfeclty. Usually were Asics but could not find one in my size that was the style I wanted.
Very happy to try these. Seem to have good arch support, wider toe box and cushioning. So far so good!

These shoes are so nice and lightweight. I love the feel of them. They are by far my favorite running shoes ever. HOWEVER, 1) their women’s wide width is too narrow. I can’t wear socks with the shoes, or else they are too tight. 2) They need to be overall more inclusive in their sizing. They only offer a couple of models in a wide width, and those models only come in 1-2 colors in wide. I don’t find white shoes to be very attractive. Don’t people with wide feet deserve decent and fashionable shoes like everyone else?
