I had such high hopes for these shoes as I had heard wonderful things. After the shoes are on for awhile they are not at all comfortable. my feet are on the narrow side, yet these shoes feel so tight they feel as if my feet are falling asleep after walking in them for awhile. Wishing I had returned them but didn’t find the problem until walking around in them.

These Cloudswift 3 AD shoes are really comfortable and fit true to size for ON shoes. I did send them back though because there is too much material across the top toe portion of the shoe and it puckered which I do not like the look of. I loosened the laces towards the toe box but that didn’t help. It felt like there was extra material across the top. The Heather/Fade color is fresh and light.

This is my first pair of On Clouds and I LOVE them! Most comfortable shoe I have owed. I normally wear Hoka so I was afraid I wouldn’t like them when a friend suggested them. I work in a dental office and I’m on my feet most of the day, these have not hurt my feet at all. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the shoes because of the color. I own at least 10 pairs of the ON brand shoes and this is not nearly as comfortable as some of the other styles. I really like the color combination so I’m happy with my purchase. Just don’t expect them to be as comfortable as the cloudmosters or cloud swifts

All my on clouds are size 8. This style was very tight when I got them. I received them in a box that said the original box was damaged in transit so it was repackaged. The shoes had mud on the side of them and looked like dog hair inside of them. Disappointed in shipment

Fit ran very small. I’m consistently 7.5 and I have never had to size up before. So disappointed because I loved the shoe.

The shoe was smaller. I normally wear a 8.5 or 9 and I bought the 9 and they are too small.

LOVE these shoes. I ordered my usual size in these and they fit true to size. They are stylish and amazingly comfortable. It’s like walking on clouds. The arch support is very good as well. Definitely recommend.

I normally wear a size 8.5 in ON brand shoes, but these were way too tight across the top of the shoe. I don’t even think ordering a size up would be any better, because it just felt like they were too tight across, and I do not have a wide foot at all. Very cute, just don’t fit right.

Overall the fit was good. I have a small foot, narrow heel and high arch. I am hard to fit. This shoe was good overall, but I do wish there was a little more arch support. Shoe looks a little wide for my foot

For those who love the On Cloudswift 2 but were disappointed with the new Cloudswift 3, the Cloudswift 3 AD is for you! The Cloudswift 3 AD has a larger ankle opening than the Cloudswift 3, plus it’s padded like the Cloudswift 2. So the Cloudswift 3 AD is basically just like the Cloudswift 2 – YAY!!! I had previously purchased the Cloudswift 3 and had to return because it was very tight in the ankle.
There is nothing in the definition of both Cloudswift 3 models to explain this….

I love these! I recently purchased them since my original Cloudswifts that I bought two years ago were on their last leg. They are a beautiful shape and look really good on. I like the silhouette of these much better than my old ones. They are still a little stiff/less comfortable than my old ones, but it seems this will improve with more wear as they mold to my feet. Overall, these are such a cute shoe and are up to ON’s quality standard.

For ultimate comfort i suggest sizing up a full size. Looks great, comfy shoes.

I’m usually an 8.5 so I ordered a half size up, even then, This shoe runs small and it’s very snug. Tried it on twice and my feet/legs started hurting before the end of the day. They don’t feel heavy though, it’d probably be comfortable with people with narrow feet and they do have arch support. Nice style altogether.

Hard to get on! They run small. I bought 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and it was still to small.

I have 3 pair of original ON Cloudswift over the last 4 years. This model no longer fits. It’s wider through toe box but feels shorter. Not as much arch support as previous version
