It was tricky to find the correct size in this shoe. I wear a 9.5 or 9 in most regular shoes. In active shoes tend to have to go up to 10. The 10 in this one was short (as opposed to other On Cloud sneakers where a ten was great). This measures against other shoes as the same length and I had to go to 10.5….so do go up a full size! Also in the process, I lucked out and got the color I really wanted, white with blue. It’s pretty and much nicer than the white with black. It took multiple tries until finally I ordered this one as a last desperate measure since reviews were so good and it works! I walk about 6 miles a day and these will be fabulous for that (as well as for the trail running which they are intended for). It has bouncability which is a plus. Thank you Zappos for sending me the last one in my size.

Shoe is shallow from under your foot to top of your foot. After 2 hours I have to take shoe off! I have a high arch so not enough support. I don’t think this brand is for me!

On is one of my favorite brands. I had my right ankle fused a few years ago so comfort and support are essential and these definitely fit the bill. As other reviewers mentioned, they do run small so I did size up 1/2 size from what i usually wear in this brand and they fit perfectly!

I normally wear a 8.5 in running shoes and onclouds. For this style I had to go up .5 to a size 9

This style of On seem smaller / tighter than the others. All On shoes have cute style but are cheaply made and overpriced.

The Cloudvista is a nice shoe, but the toebox is narrower than the Cloudrunner, which is my normal go-to style. If you like a wide toe area, consider sizing up a half-step in the Cloudvista. Overall, it’s a good shoe — just tighter on the toes than I like. I’ll go back to Cloudrunner.

I purchased the same size as my other on cloud and these were much larger! I had to return as I need the support! But I loved the look of the shoe. Where my current on clouds I had to go up 1/2 size this I would need my true size

This is the first pair of On’s that I should’ve sized up in. I love the look but after a 12 hour shift they’re a bit uncomfortable (I have 6 pair of On’s but this is my first in this style-size up a half size)

I absolutely loved the shoe. I just felt it would be comfortable in. 1/2 size larger.
I bought the women’s 7, returning that and already own the 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

I have a lot of friends who talk about how awesome On shoes are. I just received the shoes I ordered, and I really like them. Thank you for the reviewers who suggested sizing up. I wear a size 7 in athletic shoes, and I sized up 1/2 size, and they fit perfectly.

I usually wear 8 1/2 for walking shoes, 8 in all others. I’ve had 2 pair of On, both 8 1/2. But, in this one I needed a 9.

Tried this shoe in my usual 8.5 —which all my On Cloud shoes are. Too short!! The 8.5 in waterproof version fit perfectly. Decided to try on size 9 in non-waterproof and they were just right. I have never worn a size 9 in on cloud shoes or in any other shoes, but for some reason in this particular shoe the 8.5 ran short. Very pleased with both the waterproof and non-waterproof versions… comfortable for walking everywhere. Would highly recommend both versions of these shoes, but consider going up a half size in the non-waterproof. I use superfeet inserts in both pairs.

These shoes felt a half size too small. I wonder if they’re marked wrong. Also, no hint of an arch in the insole. I really wanted to love these shoes.
